RETURN POLICY
If you receive your product and realize it's not exactly what you thought and would like to make a return, that can easily be done.
Send an email to elise@elisejoy.com within 30 days of receiving the order and simply state that you would like to make a return. Products that have not been used are eligible for a full refund in the manner they were paid.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
If you purchase a digital product, you will receive an email with a link to a zip file with your products, shortly after completing payment. All digital products are for personal use only and cannot be distributed or re-sold in any form. Please contact elise@elisejoy.com if you have issues with your digital files.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after payment. Domestic shipping times vary based on location but should arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary drastically. Often, once an order has left the US shipping system, the tracking updates will not change. Your order is still on it's way! It's very unlikely that a package will go missing but sometimes the wait for international arrival is six-eight weeks. You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label is printed. Please note it may still take a day for your order to be mailed.
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order or shipping address please contact elise@elisejoy.com immediately.
Elise Joy is not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been delivered. If your shipping information is entered incorrectly during checkout and the item is returned, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
PRE-ORDERS
On occasion, products will be listed on the site for pre-order. This means the items are not fully completed or available to ship out yet. It will be noted on the product page that this is a pre-order item and the expected ship date. Your payment will be processed the day your purchase - NOT the day that your order ships. Please note that all items in your purchase will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship.
PAYMENT
All prices listed are in USD. This shop accepts payment via PayPal and credit card. Credit card transactions are processed through a secure third-party provider called Stripe which complies to PCI standards. Elise Joy does not store or have access to your full credit card number.
When you make a purchase through this website you will be asked to enter your name, email, address and billing information. This information is stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy.
